EXCHANGES and RETURNS
We want you to be happy, which is why we would like to talk to you before you buy. 
We know that not every item will be a perfect fit, even after our conversation, so we have a convenient exchange policy.

Footwear may be exchanged, provided that it is unworn, in its original box, and in "as new" condition.

All EXCHANGES are to be made with in 30 days, NO Exceptions.
Please be sure to ship the shoes back to us in the shipping box with the original shoebox inside, and to insure them. Ship to: New Hope Shoes, 7 N Main St, New Hope PA 18938
Shipping is not refundable and a $10.00 restocking fee is applicable.

All items exchanged are subject to inspection. Items that are not in completely resaleable condition, and include the original box, will be returned to you, and will not be refunded.

Items exchanged due to possible manufacturing defect will either be replaced or repaired at our own discretion, but please call to explain before sending them to us. 215-862-4455.

If you would like to exchange the item you ordered, just call to let us know what you would like in exchange, and what you are returning.
